As a rule the Board will meet on the third Wednesday of each month so as demonstrated below:

  • A week early to allow for 30 days between display budget posting and approval in September
• September 17, 2025

• November 19, 2025
• December 17, 2025
• January 21, 2026
• February 18, 2026
• March 11, 2026
  • A week early so as to not meet during Spring Break
• April 15, 2026
• May 20, 2026
