Calming Room
Welcome to the MAPS #124 Virtual Calming Room
This space is provided for student, families, and staff to encourage everyone to take a breath, slow down, and relax for a few minutes.
Because our lives are so busy, we sometimes need to take a little time to be mindful or to allow ourselves to be distracted from the things that overwhelm us. It is okay to feel busy, distracted, overwhelmed, frustrated, happy, excited, confused, alone, worried, grateful…it is okay to feel however we feel.
We hope you find something here that speaks to you. Enjoy.
